- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in Sales or any related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- High attention to detail, strong business acumen, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Willing to be assigned in Laguna Technopark – Biñan, City Laguna
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to enhance service quality and equipment reliability by improving workflows and optimizing maintenance processes, connecting field operations with the maintenance organization, helping minimize downtime and failure rates and maximize equipment productivity.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate.
- At least 1~3 years of working experience in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities and Machinery) or equivalent is required.
- With knowledge on general maintenance processes and methods.
- Knowledgeable in electrical wiring and troubleshooting
- With experience in welding and other metal fabrication works, machine troubleshooting and mechanical set-up.
- Willing to be assigned in Laguna Technopark – Biñan, City Laguna

Responsible for the efficient delivery of materials through advanced data management, import-export documentation, and strict adherence to PEZA and Bureau of Customs (BOC) regulations. This role ensures seamless movement of goods while maintaining the company’s standing with government economic zone authorities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business-Related Course or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience in an industrial/manufacturing set-up with a heavy focus on Purchasing & Logistics functions.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in PEZA eZTD systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, high attention to detail for documentation, maintain composure in group settings.
- Willing to be assigned in Laguna Technopark – Biñan, City Laguna
