Valentine’s Day is a celebration of love, romance and affection. At JSSP, we always dedicate time to celebrate this occasion with a simple program and tokens of appreciation for all female employees.
JSSP prepared bouquet of flowers and chocolate bars, which were distributed to all ladies. Exciting activities such as Valentine’s Day trivia and a Heart Hunt Game, where each heart-shaped piece carried a consequence, were enjoyed by the employees. Flavorful snacks were also provided for everyone.
The event fostered a warm and positive atmosphere, making all employees feel appreciated and valued, especially the JSSP Female Employees.

On December 12, 2025, JSSP had its annual Christmas Party celebration at The Park, Silang, Cavite with a theme “Awards Nights in Modern Filipiniana” were all participants dressed in Modern Filipino Attire.
The program starts with a dance intermission by our new employees. Our President, Mr. Masato Tanizaki, rendered an energetic song along with other employees. Different sections competed in a dance contest, combining traditional Filipino folk dance with modern dance moves to showcase their talents. And for the second consecutive year, Corporate Support announced as the Champion.
A special recognition awards were given to all deserving employees for achieving an exemplary performance for the year 2025. An annual service awards were also presented to twenty-seven (27) deserving employees, recognizing milestones of 5, 10, 15 and 25 years with JSSP. Each awardee received a plaque and cash incentive to share with their families, showing that they considered JSSP as their second home and staying in this company is incomparable.
Truly, another memorable night for JSSP.

This year, JSSP partnered with Cancer Warrior Foundation, Inc., a foundation providing medicine assistance to kids who are clinically diagnosed with cancer. This program aims to extend support, care and compassion to sick members of the community. This initiative is designed to bring essential services, meaningful interactions and a love to individuals who need it the most.
JSSP employees voluntarily contributed a portion of their savings and salary to support our outreach initiative. Through the collective generosity of JSSP and its employees, we were able to gather sufficient funds to purchase cancer medicines worth P30,500.00 and simple
On November 28, 2025, JSSP team visited the kids at the Cancer Warrior Foundation, Inc. clinic to personally deliver gifts and donations. We were warmly welcomed with a doxology performed by some of the kids. The children enjoyed the game facilitated by the foundation; their laughter and energy filled the venue as they enjoyed each activity and proudly received the prizes they won. Simple snacks were served, giving the kids a chance to relax and enjoy the moment together with their friends. The program concluded with closing remarks from our General Manager, Ms. Cristina Cabigan.
The joy and laughter that shone in their eyes captured a truly meaningful moment, that reminded us of the true spirit of Christmas – sharing, giving and extending unselfish kindness.

JSSP held its Annual Company Outing on May 30–31, 2025 at Pico de Loro Country Club, Nasugbu, Batangas, attended by 179 participants (89 employees and 90 dependents). The event offered a refreshing break from work and a chance to relax and reconnect.
The program opened with a welcome message and recognition program for training attendees, Ekiden runners, J-Muscle awardees, and May birthday celebrants.
Highlights included team games, performances, a lively raffle draw, and a memorable dinner with a special song performance by two dependents. Employees and their families enjoyed the resort’s amenities—beach walks, pool time, and a spontaneous karaoke session.
The outing was a meaningful opportunity to strengthen camaraderie and celebrate as One JSSP Family—a truly unforgettable weekend for all.

On March 29, 2025, JSSP successfully held its 3rd Teambuilding Activity at Batangas Lakelands in Balete, Batangas. A total of 84 employees enthusiastically participated, grouped into five teams: Red, Blue, Yellow, Orange and Green Team.
This activity aimed to strengthen unity and camaraderie among all employees. The program started with a cheering competition, where each team showed their spirit and energy. The mechanics of the event were explained by the organizers before the start of the activity.
To keep everyone energized, delicious meals were served during both snack and lunch breaks, adding to the enjoyable experience. A birthday celebration for 14 employees for the month of March was held where they received a birthday cake and a cash gift.
After the series of games and challenges, the Orange Team was announced as the Champion for this year. All the Teams received special prizes from the JSSP Management in recognition of their participation and effort.
The event concluded with a heartfelt tribute to our President & CEO, Hiroki Okamoto, who will be returning to Japan, and to our Director, Ronaldo Morales, who will be retiring. A special video presentation was shown in their honor.
It was a truly memorable day that brought everyone closer and strengthened our bond as ONE JSSP FAMILY.
